Is it a bad idea to jailbreak my iphone 4s?
I think the idea of jailbreaking is cool and want to do it but i'm afraid that i'll loose my pics/music and anything else on my phone. What are the pros/cons to jailbreaking?
YES! It will DRAMATICALLY slow down your phone and overall just isn't worth it.
You won't lose anything of your stuff just all your apps i jailbroke mine, i was scared of losing everything but i didn't i just lost my apps, but it was all good at first but now i regret it, it made my iphone super slow! It freezes a lot i have to restart it 5 times a day, i no longer want my iphone because of that
Bad idea, it slows it down and makes it unstable.

- Would it be a bad idea to get an iphone 4? I can get it for free, but is it too old? Will I not be able to do things on it that I could on another phone? What are the pros and cons of getting it?

If it helps I'm 18 and my parents can't afford and think it's morally incorrect to get me a iphone 5/s, but I'm not complaining.
