Is it against the law to film me?
Is it against the law for a family member to film me, if I say, "I do not give you permission to film me" (in our backyard pool), if they then send the film through an IPhone application to strangers to me?
ON, Canada.
Yes, it is illegal for them to film you and make it public in any manner if you have dissented from them doing so.
No, it is not.
- What will moores law look like in another 40 years? Yes, I have heard that it is going to break down in another 10 years but if it dosen't, where do you see More's law in another 40 or 50 years into the future? It seems like we have come a long way from the Apple II to the iPhone 5. Also if More's law does break down in another 10 years, what might technology look like then? And for people who don't know: Moores law refers to the doubling of Transistors every two years.
- What tool does law enforcement use to unlock iPhones? I heard that in iOS8, the data is encrypted so that law enforcement can't unlock iPhones, but my friend in high school got his phone taken away, and the school was able to unlock his phone even though he was on iOS 8. Also what tool do they use to do this, and how come it is still possible for law enforcement to unlock iPhone?
- Is talking on your cell phone (not texting) while driving against the law? I have a head set with a speaker that covers only one ear. I can hear everything else with my other ear while using my cell phone (not Iphone). Is this legal?
- Is this a feasable way to film? Giving myself a project of creating a film piece for uni that must last at least 1 hour… The twist is that I'm only allowed to use a non-conventional method of filiming or in other words I can only use Iphone/Ipod touch or a smartphone camera. My plot doesn't require any special effects or camera "trickery".Is this "doable"
