Is it better to call verizon customer service or go in the store?
I want to get the Iphone 5, i currently have the piece of *** Droid X that has recently broken. By broken i mean the screen has black dots from dead pixels. The phone also randomly shuts off and lags. I have got 3 replacement (Droid X) phones already and constantly contacted verizon. My upgrade is in January, but I don't want to wait. Will verizon let me upgrade if i'm 20 of 24 months in my contract? Is it better to call customer service or go in the store? What else should i do or say to get them to give me the iphone 5? Help!
Added (1). Really my choices are:
A: Iphone 5
B: Iphone 4s
C: Samsung Galaxy S III
What do you guys think i should get and why. Your responses will be greatly appereciated and taken into consideration on which phone i will get.
Call them first to see if you can save a triop to the store.
Okay for one the DROID x is very old… The iphone is the worst phone in existence and the samsung galaxy s3 is far far far better
- You are currently not allowed to use this service. Please contact customer care support. Msg 2126 is what my sprint iPhone says people can? Still call me but I can't call them or text them if they don't have iPhone what does this mean?
- Will Verizon Wireless customer service be open on Christmas Eve? I'm getting my husband an iPhone and I was wondering if he would be able to call Customer Service and have them activate it on Christmas Eve day/evening?
- Which has better service at&t, verizon, n tellos' sprint Which one has better service? I live in a fairly large city but not giant huge! But its a good size! I'm just wondering which has better servive? I'm getting the iphone 5S and i'm just what carrier?
- Where is the best place to buy an iPhone 4s: the Verizon store or the Apple store? I don't have an upgrade until January but am looking to buy an iPhone soon. I've been looking at the various sites and saw that there was a huge price difference between the Apple and Verizon stores. A rep at the Verizon store told me I wouldn't even have to change my existing plan, but just pay the $449 for the phone. Why would I buy an iPhone 4s from Verizon for $449.99 when they're sold on the Apple website for $99?
