Is it dumb to have both iPhone 5s and iPod touch 5?

I got an iPod touch 5 for Christmas 2012 and I love it! I have an old basic phone (LG Cosmos Touch) and want to finally upgrade and get the iPhone 5s (I love Apple!). But I already have the iPod 5, would it be stupid to get the iPhone 5s or would it be a great idea? I really want the iPhone though!

If I were you and getting 5S, then I would trade in or sell the ipod touch and buy 5S. Ipod touch is very good though, but iphone 5S can also do all that.

I'd go ahead and get the 5s, or wait for the 6. But the 5s is good

  • Water damage and opening iPhone 5c both puts it out of warranty, so do both? If having water damage in your iPhone 5c means you aren't covered by warranty, is it acceptable to open it and try to fix it as opening it also means it isn't covered by warranty. Therefore if you can't fix it yourself, apple can still take it out of warranty?
  • Should I buy an ipod touch 5th gen.or buy an iphone 5 and use it as an ipod? I was wondering what would be better to have an ipod or to have an iphone 5 and use it as an ipod, but is it worth spending more money for the iphone 5 to use as an ipod. I currently have an ipod touch 4g, o and by the way i would like either the ipod 5g in 64gb or the iphone 5 in 64gb.
  • IPod and iPhone both have black screens after update? I updated my iPhone 4 and iPod touch this morning. I can now only access the lock screens. When I unlock them, their screens both go completely black. I've tried holding the power and home buttons at the same time, the apple logo will appear but it still just goes to a black screen after unlocking. I tried restoring them both, but iTunes just gave me error messages saying that they can't be restored. Is there anything I can do to fix them?
  • Iphone turns off after i restart and battery is dumb? My iphones battery doesn't change and when i restart it updates then after 2-5 minutes it just turns off and keeps doing that and then it will randomly stop restarting and start working but the battery still remains the same its an iphone 4s jailbroken if i reinstall ios will it fix?
