Is it illegal to look at someone else messages?

My mom got into my iphone and guess the code and she guessed right. Then she just looked at all my pictures and messages from my friends. My dad pays the bill for my phone, also my mom and dad don't live togethier

Get her arrested thats a serious offence not to be taken lightly.

It's an invasion of privacy, but not illegal. If you're under the age of 18, your mother has every right to look through your phone, regardless of who pays the bill.

Nope

  • Why do I look better in the bathroom mirror than anything else? Whenever I go to the bathroom, I look way better. My acne doesn't show that well, and my skin looks really soft. But if i look in other mirrors, i look really ugly. Or if i look at myself in the iPad or iPhone camers, i look weird. So is it just my imagination or is there something different about those mirrors? Thank you. Please no rude comments like your ugly on both mirrors. I meant *cameras
  • Is there anyway to receive someone else's iMessages but not letting them see your messages? I'm fully aware of the Send & Receive settings in the iPhone, but is there anyway of receiving my son's iMessages but not let his iPhone receive mine? We both share an Apple ID, I'm very suspicious of my son over the past few days, I would like to get his messages but not let him get mine.
  • Is it illegal to record a conversation with someone if it was in your own home? Pretty much my house was burglarized yesterday I had a suspicion of who it may be. Today that person came to my house and pretty much made a full confession I was recording him on my iPhone. Is this evidence usable? He also brought back one item that had been stolen is that usable as evidence?
  • Is hacking someone's personal email and iphone illegal and what are the charges they could get? A few years ago I was battling major depression and was acting rather erratically. I found out that my company was investigating me because they were under the impression I was doing something illegal. Which I wasn't. Just wondering if its legal for a company to do such a thing and what could the reprocussions be? Fyi I'm still with the company 3 years later, but still don't really trust them if what they did was in fact illegal. I'm also no longer depressed
