Is it Illegal to sell fake Iphones?

I'm ordering some stuff. The supplier offers 30 day money back.
Before this 30 day, I want to know something first.

These are NOT Iphones or FAKE Iphones.

These are MP4. Designed to look like an Ipod or Iphone. It is SORT of low quality because it is made of Plastic.

Also, these Wi-Fi Cell phones called;
F4 Quad Band Wi-Fi Cell Phone with 3.5 inch Single SIM Capacitive Touch

It is designed exactly like an Iphone. High quality. But it does NOT claim Apple name and logo.
The home or menu button however, is different. A lot of other websites sells these phones too.

But I'm not sure therefore, These looks much like Iphones and I don't want to get sued for saying I'm selling Fake Iphones or Ipods.

Yes. These are made in China, Almost everything you use is made in China, so don't start talking about China products here.
I just want my question answered. ^_^

These are not illegal if they are not called apple, or iphone

Samsung products weren't called Apple or Iphone, but Apple still managed to sue and win some patent cases.

Design is protected under copyright creativity… So yea, it would be illegal, but nothing will happen until Apple senses that the products are damaging their sales.

If the trademark is Quad Band you must clearly state that what you are
selling is a Quad Band.

That is enough to keep you in the clear concerning trademark infringement.

Additionally be careful not to state anything such as "uses iPhone technology"
or even "feels like an iPhone". This could bring you problems.

If they "look like iPhones" then they violate the US design (appearance) patents regardless of what you call them or what they actually might do. You couldn't even sell a bar of soap if it looks like a patented design for something else. That's the whole point of having a patent on the appearance of something.
