Is it illegal to use software to mask my IP address to watch geo restricted video?

I wanna know if it's illegal to mask my iphone and buy a service like Netflix USA or wwe network?

It depends on the content you're trying to watch as international laws vary from the specific laws of designated countries. That said, don't get caught lol.

Ip don't get me wrong it a great phone, an awesome phone, but it has so many restrictions. -you can't Bluetooth with any device, not even idevises -u can't download anything from safari… Anyways please give an answer based on facts, I mean you pay so much and you are stil restricted, why can't they have this option that if you turn it off it lets you download stuff from safari.
