Apple designed iOS to be a smooth and simple operating system to appeal to everyone. It has the power to run complicated apps and it's simple enough for a six year old to use. If you want to do what ever you want with your iphone look into jailbreaking it
Because Apple thinks that is better for business somehow. Remember in the beginning when only schools had Apple computers? Meanwhile, Bill was kicking Apple's derriere with Windows/IBM format in the business world.
There's constant frustration over their closed, restricted system, which is why competitively they miss out on a lot.
- Why people like iPhones? I can't never get people who like iphones to give a good reason, why? Some say it easy, but a lot have no clue on how to use their own phones. Can someone explain something useful that great about iphone? Everything they think is special other phones have been doing for years.
- Why don't iPhones work well? IPhones break easily and are laggy? Hi. I have an iPhone 5 and I have many problems with it. Whenever I type on my iPhone 5, the texts that I type come out like 5 seconds after I type them. It's very unresponsive and lagging. My previous iPhone broke in just 2 years. Is Nokia a better brand than Apple?
- Why does my iPhone sometimes send texts to other iPhones as iMessages then regular texts to iPhones? Like when I send a text to my friend that has an iphone, it usually sends as an iMessage then it will randomly send as just a regular text and it will be green and not blue.
- Is Wi-Fi text messaging from iphones free to non-iphones? - 1 My boyfriend downloaded this texting thing on his iPhone that allows him to text me when he's out of the country without charging him extra for long distance. Will I still be charged if I text him? There's a different number when he texts from Wi-Fi so I will be sure to text that, but will I be charged anyways?
