Is it ok to update a jailbroken iPhone 4s iOS 5.1.1 to iOS 6 over the air?

If I update over the air. Will my iPhone get to the "conect to iTunes" screen?

No because that will be time wasted. I tried it and it did not work. I plugged mine back into my laptop and restored it there and then updated. There's not a jailbreak for iOS 6 yet so if not having a jailbreak is a problem, then I don't suggest updating right now.

No, it won't work. You need iTunes. It is also impossible to restore your iPhone from Settings if you're jailbroken as well.
