Is it possible for you car to get a virus through Bluetooth?
This might sound crazy, but I'm easy paranoid and I over think a lot. But I just want to know so I can put my mind at rest.
Anyways, about two days ago, my iphone started to act funny. The music would stop, fast forward, skip songs, close and open by itself, and Siri would open and close by itself too. I'm not sure if it's a virus but I'm a little anxious to connect my phone to my car through Bluetooth to listen to music. Heck, I'm even nervous to connect with a cable. So is it safe?
Yes it is possible. Bluetooth is the LEAST secure file and information sharing platform out there. Iphones have usually been pretty good about virus and malware due to how tight Apple keeps it OS. Doesn't mean it is impossible. So in short is it possible yes is it probable no. Don't worry do a system update on your phone you could have a corrupted file.
No it is not possible. Viruses come by way of the internet. Bluetooth is not the internet.
Computer systems in cars a lot different. You're safe from getting a virus in your car.
Yes
it would have to be written for a car type and could do things like allow you to be tracked or listen to you talking if you have on-star or hands-free phone connect, and access your phone
mess with any systems that pass info that way and newer cars are using it more
OMG yeah it is. I wounder what the baddies will do with you MPG info or your music playlist
Bluetooth viruses are a rapidly growing threat. As James says, bluetooth is designed to be as open as possible to make it flexible and that makes it easy prey for viruses. As with computers, they are specific for the operating system… But there's no shortage of bluetooth viruses for any of the systems in use today.

It's possible to pair a phone to one sofa at a time and play music via Bluetooth. If I bought a Bluetooth dongle for my television, would it pair to just one sofa? Or is there a way to pair it to both without having wires running across the room?

For example if you click a link and then it begins to load but before it actually shows the page you click back. 3) What is pintrest? My iPhone is not jailbroken.
