I have not heard of any viruses on the IOS system but it's definitely not an area I'm an expert in. A couple of the recent news reports on hackers getting access to IPhones involved security holes in the underlying software and/or phishing schemes, two attacks that an antivirus program might or might not help you with.

No, malware for iOS only exists when you jailbreak an iPhone. It's recently been reported that over 75,000 jailbroken iPhones have been infected with AdTheief. A malware infection that steals the ad revenue from legitimate apps. Due to Apple's iOS design, you can't get malware by visiting websites. You do not have any malware on your iPhone. Whatever is telling you that is just trying to scare you. Also, Malwarebytes for Mobile exists but it's on Android.
