Is it possible to block third party apps from using cellular data on iPhone?
Some apps that run in the background suck up my Internet from my phone. I don't want to turn off notifications from these apps cuz I need them on when on Wi-Fi. My only problem is that when I'm on cellular data I don't want these apps using up my MB. I know it's possible on Android but is it possible on iPhone?

- Why is it called third party? Who are the first and second party? So like in iPhone, you are not allowed to use a third part charger because it is not supported but I was wondering if there's a first party or a second party charger that exists?
- Third party iPhone charger? How fast can it cause damage? I have always known using third party no name iPhone chargers can wreck your iPhone and stop it from charging properly, so I avoided. But I plugged my iPhone into my friends charger which I realized after was not an apple charger, it was only plugged in for 5-10 minutes before I removed it- could it possibly have already done some damage to my phone? I can't tell if my phone is charging slower or if I'm worrying myself over nothing!
- Nightshift for iPhone 5C? Third party app recommendation? Ok so as you may know, iOS 9.3 came with the new nightshift feature which makes your screen more yellow allowing for better sleep. However, this feature is not included for iPhone 5C and down (5, 4S). Is there a third party app from the internet that allows the same effects? No jailbreaking required please. Link if possible. I do have a Mac if needed.
