Is it possible to create an app that runs on an iphone and windows vista?

Not with the same code, you would have to right each in different code because these are completely different hardware. Trying to use some patchwork language that claims to work everywhere will mean you will always be dealing with limitations.
Some people would say that writing in HTML5 would allow the app to work on multiple platforms…
But you would be limited to the capabilities of HTML 5, rather than being able to use the native, local, features.

Create the folders myself manually then transfer the backup files into it? i've already installed itunes. ls help.
