I don't have Apple devise, so is it possible to create an iphone app on windows?
I heard that it is possible with some softwares, so if you know what softwares and what exactly needed, please tell me.
Also how many hours i will need to learn and create iphone app?

You need a Mac, Mac mini is your cheapest option as you can connect a current keyboard and monitor you have to it.
