Is it possible to downgrade my iPhone 4 from iOS 7 to iOS 6?

IOS 6 will still allow me to operate most apps on my iPhone but I'm wondering if and how I can downgrade to iOS 6 because 7 just causes my iPhone to run too slow.

You can downgrade your OS by hacking but not officially. You have to jailbreak then find a place where you can find iOS 6. But I won't recommend you to down grade it might cause you some problems, keeping up to date is better because every time you receive an update it makes your phone even better. IOS7 is not the cause for slowing, you are running too many apps and that's the cause why your phone is slowing, make sure to close some unnecessary apps that takes up RAM. You can find solution on Google by searching for 'how to close apps on iOS to save ram'.

It's not possible, the only chance you may have is when Apple bring out a new Software update for example 7.0.6, they sometimes allow iOS 6 software to be used, only for a short period of time but try when they bring a new update out.
