Possible to downgrade ios 6.1.3 to 6.1.2?

I had ios 6.1.2 last night and this morning and was jailbroken but then downloaded a faulty program which bricked my phone and made me have to totally reset everything. Besides going to the apple store with my newly reset phone and sya something is wrong with it is there anyway that i can downgrade the ios? Iphone 5 user. If not is there anyway you can jailbreak a 6.1.3 iOS

Unfortunately, there isn't an exploit available for the i5 to downgrade it, and neither is there a jailbreak for iOS 6.1.3, you'll have to wait it out till iOS 7 is 'broken! Just a little tip though, when you are next jailbroken, and a tweak has caused your phone to become bricked, simply do a hard reset to turn off the phone if it isn't already, and hold the volume up button whilst turning it on. This will prevent MobileSubstrate loading the faulty tweak, allowing you to uninstall it.
