My bestfriend just bought a clear case and put her picture in between the phone and the case! The Walmart where I live can put the photo on the case for a little bit of nothing, but I'd say your best bet is to check eBay out!
You can get one of those clear cases, print out your photo and put it in between your iphone and its case.
You can get it actually printed on the cover of your phone case professionally because a friend of mine has a photo of herself and her other friend on it and it was a birthday present from her friend, so yes you can.
Yes it is possible.type it in google there's websites that do that kind of thing, or even ask at your phone shop.PS try going onto play.com and type in there search box "mobile phone photo case" or something to that effect i'm sure i've seen them on there where they print your photo.
