Is it safe to install 3rd party iPhone 6 batteries?

I'm an electrical engineer but Apple does not sell batteries directly to the consumer. Instead, they ship it to the authorized service centre. The service centre charges a lot for a new battery(around $200 or more). While going through Amazon, I was able to find iPhone 6 batteries for $30-50. My battery is ok for now but I was wondering if it is safe to put a 3rd party battery

https://www.amazon.com/Replacement-Battery-iPhone-ScandiTech-Repair/dp/B01B4TEJUM/ I've repaired upwards of 1000 iphones. I have never had anymore trouble with 3rd party batteries than OEM ones. I don't know Can be done, I think you need to unmelt hot melt glue, and of course you've got to pop open a casing that isn't meant to be opened without special tools. Probably there's a youtube video on it.
Of course if you get it wrong it would have been cheaper to get apple to do it, and if apple won't sell you the battery where to Amazon get them?
