Nope. The I Phone 5 is more expensive and the only differences are it has serri and the size that's it.
4 is a little outdated hardware now, but many will still be using 4 for years to come just like alot still use 3GS today.
Aside from the iPhone 4 likely being discontinued later this year it wouldn't be considered too late. It will get iOS 7, still be able to run most of the apps, etc
Though at the same time, if you could get an iPhone 5 try to get that.
Maybe, the new iPhone is coming. If you want to buy an iPhone, iPhone 4S can be a better choice.
No difference between iPhone 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5. They're all the same thing. Better off getting a galaxy 4 or even 3 would be good. Get an Android phone way better. Either way they wil probably have a new phone but next week…

- Is it too late to put my iPhone 5 in rice? I dropped my iPhone 5 into the toilet 2 days ago while using iFunny (how clumsy) and it stayed in the toilet for about 10 seconds. I took it out and dried it off with a towel. I didn't have any rice at home at the time so I just left it there.
