Is it worth buying a broken iPhone 5 for 90 euros?

So I have an opportunity to buy an iPhone 5 for 90 euros. It doesn't work, but I don't know what's wrong with it. So I'm wondering if it could be so broken that the repair would cost me more than it's original price. In other words, could anything be so wrong with it that I'd have to pay more than it's retail price to get fixed?

Not unless you know, it could have water damaged so the whole thing is destroyed.
