Is it worth spending more money for an iphone 4s?

I'm considering getting an iphone instead of my blackberry. I thought the iphone 4 was ok. The 4s is more money obviously but is it worth it for the extra? Or should I just get the 4?

I think you'll be better off with a Samsung Galaxy S4 as it has much more flexibility than an Apple Product. Plus it's a really, really great phone.

I haven't bought Apple since I could no longer use my only 2 years old iPod Touch thanks to incompatible software updates - no apps work, the internet is dirt slow and it is essentially a very expensive musical brick now.

Another good option would be the Nokia Lumia, but the app market for these is still slow and uncompetitive - if you love apps then it may be lacking in this department, whereas the Samsung is on android which has a wider app market, more so than the iPhone.

The iPhone I think will dwindle in popularity as they start to alienate customers and bring the same old phone out every year for twice the price.

I Suggest looking at reviews on all three very carefully, the iPhone 4 and 4s is already old hat in the techy world.

The only difference is really siri and that is it is a little faster so I would go with the 4

4S is definitely a step up from 4, only you know what your money situation is. 4 is free with a 2 year contract.

  • What's more worth your money? An iphone. That isn't going to be used as a phone ( unlocked and I know. Stupid. But I'm paying for the the device and my mom doesn't have to the money to pay the bill for an IPhone! ) Or An Ipod 5th generation?
  • Sprint account spending limit? I purchased an iPhone with sprint as my carrier about a month ago. My spending limit was $150.00. I paid my first bill on June 23rd ( it wasn't due until July 3rd). When I logged onto my account today, it said that I didn't have a spending limit. What does that mean?
  • Is there an iPhone app that lets me scan barcodes to keep track of how much I'm spending? It just seems easier for (lazy ole) me than a calculator. If possible, I'd like one that can figure in tax too.
  • Is it worth spending 600 dollars on an iPhone? I already own a galaxy s6 but I miss the simplicity of the iPhone. Also many apps i want are only on the iPhone. I was looking into a six plus and it costs 600 dollars unlocked. Is it worth spending that much money?
