Is it worth swapping my iphone 4s for a samsung galaxy s4?

Hi! So my father wants an iphone 4s and he told me that he could just have mine and he would buy me a samsung galaxy s4. I just want to know if thats a good deal or not. Will I miss my iphone 4s or is the Samsung galaxy s4 better? Xx

S2 can be upgraded to latest Android 4.0
S2 is one of the most powerful and best Android phones (still) after 2 years.
S2 - thinner, bigger screen and powerful.

IPhone4, is 3 years old, is already NOT fully supported by Apple,
yes, it still works - but
Still has the antenna problem (remember when it was released) - solved in iPh 4S
AND…
no new OS features in the last iOS 6 if you were daft enough to add it
Oh and iOS 6 lose google maps to Bing nonesense.

iPhone 4's are basically being given away with contracts
S2's are still treasured.

now a swap with a 4S, would a worthwhile consideration.
- good antennas, better processing power and most of the features of iPhone 5
but even the 4S will lose support when the 5S (or whatever it gets called) is released

Look at ebay for advanced Search-completed sales, and CEX
and iph4 may have a better resale price - but S2 is still holding its own.
