Is iTunes the problem or my iPhone?
I got an iPhone 5c in December. Everytime I plugged it into iTunes to sync music it worked perfectly. Recently it hasn't. I will plug it in and it's begin to charge but not show up on iTunes. When it does it somehow disconnects from iTunes. It'd say that my computer doesn't recognize the device or that it could perform faster or to try again. I can't add music to my phone since it'll disconnect the minute it'll start syncing. Any help?
Try updating the version of iTunes first. If not go into your menu on your computer and see if your device comes up there. If neither of these work call apple.

- ITunes problem with iPhone 5? I just got my iPhone 5, and I installed iTunes 11.01. But when I connect my iPhone via USB to my laptop; it just charges. Nothing happens with iTunes nor with my iPhone. I restarted the iTunes and my iPhone too. But nothing happened:/ Is there another program like iTunes for the iPhone to download songs? @Strange Where is this setting? On the iPhone or iTunes? @Boomer05 Where exactly is it in iTunes?
- ITunes/iPhone 5 syncing problem? I recently got an iPhone 5 (with iOS 7) and while syncing music from iTunes to iPhone is fine, I begin to get problems afterwards. I don't like to keep huge files in my laptop and I decide to delete those music from my iTunes to save storage, but when I sync my iPhone back to the laptop, those deleted songs from iTunes affect my phone and the songs from my phone get deleted, too. How can I stop this from happening?
