Is Jailbreaking your iPhone okay?

I'm planning on Jailbreaking my iPhone 6, but I don't know if it would cause damage, like make it slow or freeze time to time. I seen it before on other people but I want to know what's on it and what can you do on it?

It voids your warranty, it doesn't always work, so if you want to risk your investment in your phone go do it

It voids your warranty, but as long as you're able to restore to remove the jailbreak, then Apple wouldn't even know about the jailbreak if your phone needs repairing.

Jailbreak increase your chance of getting malware however then won't be an issue as long as you stick with trusted sources and don't use the jailbreak for piracy as that's where malware tend to sit.

Jailbreaking rarely slows down a device, in most cases it can make it faster with loads of optimisation and cleaning tools such as iCleaner. That being said, you can't update your firmware, so if the firmware is slow and the next one is faster, then you have to choose whether you want to keep your jailbreak or update to a more stable iOS.

You can do so much stuff with a jailbreak, anything from cosmetic stuff such as custom app icons, font etc to custom apps that are not allowed on the App Store like f.lux (better version of Apple's new Night Shift Mode, plus it was around years ago) you can have things that just improve iOS altogether such as Browser Changer (changes your default browser to whatever you want, not being tied to Safari) or Adblock that works not only on browsers, but apps as well.
