Is my internet slow? Need some

My internet is supposed to be 45mb/s but it is far less than that. I have few devices plugged in but I doubt they require so much megabytes. I have a pc which is what I mainly use, a laptop which it is not used as frequently, two iphones, and an IPTV which is foreign tv trough internet. It sounds like a lot but they all have slow internet speed. I did a online test on my pc and it showed 15mb per second. However, when I download something the speed is only 1mb. The speed that iptv works is avg of 2mb. The laptop is rarely on and I doubt iphones use much internet. I have secured my computers from viruses and i also have a password on my router. I have a cable internet connection which is supposed to be faster. Is there a problem with my connection or I have too many devices on?

  • My Internet is slow when it shouldn't be When I do a speed test on speedtest.net or something like that. It says that my download speed is 9.3Mb/s, however whenever i download anything, for example, The walking dead on Utorrent it is only downloading a 1.0KB/s max. Its the same with downloads on my Iphone! Any idea what's wrong or any solutions?
  • IPhone smartglass is SLOW on Internet Explorer? Why is the iPhone version of "smartglass" awful on IE? It moves at a few millimetres a second lol. It's great for the actual Xbox menus and Netflix though
