Is my iphone broken or virused?
Some tines my iPhone just crashes like returns to my home screen when i'm on fb or summin, wats wrong?
This is very typical! Either you got to many apps running or you may be running low on memory. Check the usage on your phone by going to settings general and usage. You can also double click the home button to end apps that you don't want to be running anymore. An iPhone can't get a virus. And it's not broken, it happens all the time.
The thing is if you have an old iPhone with the latest iOS possible, this happens. Or it might be for the memory or the usage of it. I had an iPhone Original (also knows as iPhone 2G) and it happened almost everytime.
- Will Apple replace my broken iPhone 5 with another iPhone 5 or an iPhone 5S? The power button is no longer working on my iPhone 5, and there's 1 year warranty on it. If I were to being it to Apple, would they give me a new iPhone 5, or a 5S? I was just wondering because the iPhone 5 is no longer made or sold by Apple.
- When apple replaces a broken iphone, do you get to keep the old broken one? The back camera on my iPhone 4s broke (just stopped working), so I called Apple and I have an appointment set up to replace the old phone with a brand new one. But, I want to know if when they give me the new phone, will they let me keep the old one? The phone still works fine except for the camera. In fact, it's almost perfect. And obviously I want to sell the old one on ebay to make a boat load.

- My Iphone 4s plus button is broken will the apple store let me get Iphone 5? I'm on a Verizon wireless contract and I have insurace on my iphone 4s that I have for 5 months. My plus volume button on my iphone is not working. My local verizon store told me to go to an apple store to see if they will fix it. My question is do you people know if They will let me imididly upgrade to the iphone 5 without the full 199.99 price?
