Is norton antivirus for iphone useless?
To me it's just an app that doesn't do anything.
Don't know
I don't think so
It can't be useless. All antivirus software has a database. The app you install will search that database and if the actions on your smartphone matches that. It will alert you. No antivirus can keep you safe.
Just be cautious in what you do, Android/linux don't really need an antivirus. Don't download unknown apps/links.
- Way to delete useless pre-installed iPhone 4S apps? Alright, so I finally got my iPhone 4S (i know, not up to date, but it will do! And there are pre-instaled apps that I wish to get rid of to save data, save battery life, etc. The apps are stocks, maps, and weather. Surely they may be useful (well, not really stocks), but I'm only a sophomore in high school and don't need any of them as of now: P Any help is greatly appreciated! ~Jordan
- Is it worth getting antivirus for my iPhone? It's been doing random deleting of stuff and Apple has had to restore it all but they can't say what's wrong. Has anyone got antivirus? Which one and does it work? (iPhone 3GS)
- Is an iPhone useless without a data plan that has internet? I was planning on buying an unlocked iPhone from Craigslist and just inserting my sim card in but i would like to know whether it's worth it or not. I will have access to the internet (through wi-fi) for the iPhone, just not a data plan that includes internet. i want an iPhone because my current phone is crapping out on me and i need a new music device.
- Don't you think the iPhone 5 is now useless? I remember when it first came out. Everybody was hyped up and were waiting in line to get it. Now that the iPhone 6 is released it seems useless. The iPhone 6 just seems better in every way, including size. Do you think the iPhone five is still useful?
