Is personal hotspot free for iphone 4s?
I have all you can eat data for my iphone 4s and have just found personal hotspot. I connected it up to my laptop and was just wondering will I incur any additional charges by doing so?

Well you would need a tethering plan to use the built-in tethering features on your iPhone.
If you jailbreak however, there are apps which allow for it without the carrier finding out (though if they find out, they will switch you to a tethering plan).
Usually, you will have to pay for a Wi-Fi hotspot plan, so what I would do is 1. Jailbreak 2. Install an App called MyWi. It is the best Wi-Fi tethering app, and I would recommend it. They just use your Data plan.
