Is scratching considered self harm?
When i get mad, upset, or when my depression is bad i scratch myself. I just use like the usb part of an iphone charger or like a pin. The reason i do this is bullying, family issues, a really bad day, friend issues, me being unhappy with myself, stuff like that.
The scratching hasn't gotten out of control yet. The marks only last a few hours, i only do it once every few days, and it doesn't hurt thaat bad. But i'm just wondering is this self harm?

If you would ask a normal guy, he'd most probably say no but if you'd ask a doctor on this one, Then yeah. It is considered self-harm but it's still in an early stage. Just consult a doctor "only" if it gets worse as in the current stage no threat is posed.
If you are doing it for pain, then it is self harm.
Consult someone such as a counselor to stop the major harm before it begins.
- Will sleeping with my iPhone 5 in airplane mode harm me? I just got a brand new iPhone 5 3 days ago. Before I used to sleep with my Nokia x6 under my pillow in offline mode. Is airplane mode the same and will it damage me or harm me in any way even if its in airplane mode and under my pillow. I usually sleep with my phone under my pillow because I use it as an alarm and because I like to listen to soothing music before I sleep.

Like pretty much will jailbreaking my iPhone 5 effect or harm it anyway? Or could I still use it like the regular iPhone that's not jailbroken?

- This site may harm your computer? Ok so, i went on my iphone today. I went on safari to just search some stuff up, and when i did most of the sites said " visiting this site may harm your computer". That never happened before and i also thought that apple products don't get viruses. Those messages are on a bunch of sites that had no problem before.
