Is straight talk a prepaid plan?
I need to know because i'm getting an iphone 5c and i don't want all the people i'm texting to be on the phone bill. I hward if its prepaid there isn't a bill. And does the telegram messaging app pop up on the bill?
Bills record the numbers exchanging texts, not names or the content of a text. Apps that text message don't show up. No apps show up on bills. Best luck.
Text details don't show up on bills. It will just tell how many texts were sent and how many were received.
Straight Talk is a prepaid phone provider. They do not keep, send or have back up records of your phone log. If you have a Straight Talk phone and need to know a phone number that called you that is no longer stored on your phone, you will need a court order to get this information.
The reason that Tracfone, Net10 and Straight Talk can sell their service for a reasonable price is that they do not send you a bill and keep records of your service. All of that information is stored on your phone. So if you need to know a deleted phone number, you are out of luck.
- What's the data limit for Straight Talk's Unlimited plan? I'm probably going to buy the unlocked GSM iPhone 5 and then use it on Straight Talk. However, has Straight Talk said how much data you can use before your data speeds start getting throttled? Also, will the data that I use while I'm on Wi-Fi count against that data limit?
- Walmart's Straight Talk plan? So, I'm wanting to use that service. It says 45 per month for unlimited text/call and data plan. Will I be able to use my own phone, iPhone, to use their service?
- Should i buy an iPhone 4? Straight Talk plan? I'm currently wondering whether I should get an iPhone 4 or not. I currently have an iPod touch 4g, and a cheap Metro PCA qwerty keyboard. I plan on buying the phone unlocked from ebay or craigslist for about $200, as AT&T's plan is too expensive for me. I also plan on using straight talk on it, so I will be paying around $45 a month. So my question is, would it be worth it? I'm not really interested in the iPhone 5 or 4S at all.
- Need small prepaid talk and data plan while in Chicago this weekend? I'm going to Chicago this weekend and want to bring my unlocked iPhone. It is too expensive for me to get an international plan which is why I want to get a local sim. I'm looking for maybe around 50-100 minutes and about 100-200mb of data. What is the cheapest prepaid plan available that would meet this criteria for Chicago?
