Is the Iphone 3G a good phone?

I've been wanting an Iphone but I don't really wanna spend a lot on one so I was looking at the 3G or 3GS, are they good phones or what?

I've owned every generation iphone, (currently have iphone 5) and i can tell you that the iphone 3 and 3s are very good phones! Very featurefull and gives you an overall great mobile expirience

3GS is your better option; but keep in mind that both are becoming heavily out-dated by newer Apple releases. It really only depends upon what you want in a phone -Apple tend to issue new, 'updated' devices that rely a lot on the likes of point of sale that the consumers don't even need (games and heavy processing power are but a couple of the list they use).

IPhones aren't the best devices out there, either; many Sonys and Samsungs are overlooked, simply because Apple are much more renowned for what their refined, 'innovative' hardware/software can do.

Alternatively, you could open bridges leading to contract phones; there are some rather 'cheap' rates for iPhone contracts that you may be interested in, should you have a stable-enough income to support the method of payment. If you do this, you should also recognise that the total paid price at the end of your contract is not just for the phone itself; this also includes the tariff (hence why it would seem extortionate). Bare in mind that with contracts come the negative aspects - namely if you miss payments or want to 'exit' the contract, extorionate 'fines' will be sent to you.

Becca No!
Becca stick close to Andrew Lincoln OR Brad Pitt
As you are clearly too close to Brendan Fraser

The answer is OR WHAT!

Both these phones are Ancients NEITHER had camera flash ( as that only came with the IP4!

BOTH ARE DISCONTINUED So NOT SOLD BY APPLE and like All Iphones are overprices

Before I suggest a new phone WARRANTY, New phone smell, it's time to look st the "Best iPhone ever", the IP5, Note Source

Take a look at USAIN

They were but they are either outdated (3G) or close to it (3GS).

The 3G is no longer made or updated & also is out of the update cycle as apps require a higher version of iOS than it could run.

The 3GS is no longer made but is still updated (I suspect that it will not get iOS 7) & that will essentially begin the countdown until it too is out of the update cycle.

Honestly, the iPhone 3GS is much better than 3G. Faster speeds, updateable to iOS 6.1.3 unlike iPhone 3G.So, with that, choose the 3GS over 3g
