Yes it is free with a two year contract you will have to have the phone for at least two years or you will have to pay a fee for canceling the contract you would have pay monthly for data plans and stuff because its required but the iphone 4 itself is free
Yes I saw the same thing and was like wow. But it was given with. A 2 year contract which is very expensive. But you could but it for the same price with no contract.
