Is the Iphone 5 from verizon or spirnt GSM? Can they be unlocked for any carrier?
I've been looking for phones but only on att or T Mobile because they say only those types are GSM and can be activated Internationally, or on other US companies.
No Verizon and Sprint are CDMA not GSM

I noticed that verizon or sprint "bad esn" iphones are much cheaper so, should i buy that phone and unlock it to my network or should i gather more money and buy myself a new factory unlocked one?
