Is the Iphone battery icon copyrighted?

I was wondering if the iPhone battery icon (this one: image) is copyrighted. I was not able to find anything referring to this on the web. I'd like to use it on my own website, and I'm not sure if i can or can't. Anyone have any ideas?

You should be able to create a battery icon in a graphics program without too much trouble. You can even create a 3D one using something like Google SketchUp. You could even take a photo of a battery and modify it in a graphics program.

What if your website gets really, really big and popular, and you start making tons of money from it, and Apple sees that you are using their icon? Too risky. Why share your success/earnings with them through a lawsuit? Make your own icon.
