Is there a free APP that I can use to change my voice while calling?

I have an iPhone 4s and I wanted to call my bestfriend and kinda prank him with noises and stuff

  • What app can I use to change the sound of my voice in videos I record? I have a android internet tablet. I want to make videos but I need an app that changes the voice to a chipmunk for example. I want to use Tre Melvin's videos or Freddy_E's video's on youtube as an example. I' ve looked around an just can't find what I'm looking for. An app like the voice changer camera but for android NOT ipad/iphone.

  • Is there an app that can change app icons? My friend showed me her iphone and the icons looked like an updated version or something. The safari icon was a pink polka-dot background with the compass thing and the facebook icon looked all different. I asked her how she did it but she wouldn't say. Her iphone isn't jail-broken. Is there any way that I can do this with the apple ipod touch 4th generation?
