What app can I use to change the sound of my voice in videos I record?
I have a android internet tablet. I want to make videos but I need an app that changes the voice to a chipmunk for example. I want to use Tre Melvin's videos or Freddy_E's video's on youtube as an example. I' ve looked around an just can't find what I'm looking for. An app like the voice changer camera but for android NOT ipad/iphone.

- Snapchat won't record sound, but my phone gets sound on videos? Okay, summoning all the tech detectives here. For months, my Snapchat records a very muffled (almost like its underwater) sound, but you can't reallt hear it. I can't explain it, but the sound is inaudible and muffled. The weird thing is, the problem is only and exclusively on Snapchat. If I record a phone video, the sound is clear as day. I have an iphone. Any thoughts?
