Is there a portable Wi-Fi box?

I'm going somewhere with no Wi-Fi for about a week but I'm in online school so I really want to see if there's something I can take with me that I can stay connected. And I have to add that there's barely even any service there so I'm not sure if that will effect it? And I'm looking for one that is cheapest.

You can get a mifi router, this uses a mobile/cell phone to connect to the internet but generates a Wi-Fi hotspot. Or if you have a smartphone - (with an iphone it is called personal hotspot, with an android it is called tethering) you can achieve the same result
Neither are free you will need a data plan on either the router or the phone which has to be paid for
As you have only a week you have left it a bit late to get anything organised

  • What portable speaker should I get? Does anyone have suggestions on which mini portable speaker system I should get for my iPhone/iPad? I have a Bose which is really good, but I'm also looking for a small kin that I can take to the beach, long trip, etc. Bose is great don't get me wrong but I mainly use it at home even though it's portable. There so many really great small ones out there now but I can't decide.
  • What is this app on the iwatch? There's a rectangular box with a triangle at the bottom? It's next to the ping iPhone app grayish because it's not "activated" because I don't know what it does or it's for. I've checked all over the Internet but there are no pic of it and no one talks or refers to it.
  • What is the best portable ipod/iPhone boombox? Money no object. Preferably AM/FM Radio. Good battery life. Recharges ipod. Plug in mains power. Rugged good build quality. Not to heavy. Very loud! Looked at TDK 3 speaker system, JVC Kaboom, Pioneer Steez, Lansonic, Altec Lansing, Bose, Sony, Marley bag of rhythm, Sharp. What's the best? So much choice it's hard to compare them all.
  • Best portable speakers for an iphone? My boyfriend likes to take his phone to the beach and pool to listen to music on… But its never loud enough. So I want to get a nice portable speaker from him so he can use it for the beach ect. I don't know the best brand or type to get, so I was hoping for some suggestions!
