Is there a problem buying iphone 5 (unlocked) from ebay?

I was going to buy the new iphone 5 from Isreal but the price is like twice from america.
I checked ebay and they say i could take a new unlocked iphone for 1000$ with free shipping.
Is there any problems that could happen or stuff that won't happen (like the simcard won't work or something).
please answer.

Look you ll face only one problem if you ll buy AI5 from Eaby i.e.

You ll get only the sellers warranty for 6 months only on Software issues. No Manufacture's warranty (from Apple). Apart from that every thing is fine.
