Is there a program that will transfer all my music on my iPhone 5S to my macbook pro retina iTunes?
It depends. If you bought al the music off itunes, it's easy. Just connect the phone, open itunes, click "file", then click "transfer purchases".
Or you can use itunes "music match". It's 25$ a year, and EVERY song you have in itunes will be available via the cloud on any device you have registered. It will even upload music you've ripped from CDs.
