Is there a way I can call the US from my 3g iphone while traveling in Canada?
Without it "showing up on my bill or caller ID"? I don't want my family knowing I spent a few days in Canada. I'm an adult but my parents are way overprotective and I couldn't tell them I was going- but I want to be able to call them every day for a week.
Depends on your carrier and how the statement is printed… If you have a contract more than likely you won't be able to hide it… If you get the mail before they get to it you can hide the statement and they will have to call service for A) a copy or B) They just call service and ask what they owe… In either situation they will notice the bill isn't the usual unless they really do not watch their budget very closely but if they are penny pinchers, your busted…
- Will I be charged if I receive an oncoming call while traveling abroad? I'm traveling abroad and taking my iPhone. I don't have an international package so I'm not planning on making any calls or sending messages. However, what if someone calls me instead? What will happen if I ignore the call and let it go straight to voicemail? Will I get charged for it?

- Moving to Germany from USA to live for at least 3 years to study. How can I still use my phone to text/call/FT Americans while I'm there? Do I need to get a completely new phone? Plan? Phone number? I don't understand this process, as I have never gone through it before. I currently have an IPhone 7 and I use AT&T.
