Is there a way I can control my phone through my PC?
My iphone 6 has a broken screen, such that I'm not even able to use it. It no longer registers any sort of touch. My question is, am I able to contorl my phone through my computer to at least try and back it up? My phone is not jail-broken and it has also not been allowed on my computer yet. I took it to a phone repair shop and they told me that there was a chip behind the screen that was broken, and that's why I'm unable to use the touch screen.
Unfortunately, no there isn't a way to do that. When you plug in your phone to your PC, you need to allow the PC permission to access the phone's internal storage; that has to be don on the phone itself. You would need to get the display replaced in order to be able to backup your phone.

- What's an iPhone app that lets you control music more through earplugs? I like to jog and listen to audiobooks, but sometimes, well a lot of the time I find that I need to go back like 10 seconds while listening because I didn't catch what was narrated. Everytime this happens I need to grab my iPhone out of my pocket and skip this manually, is there a good trick or app that lets me do this just using the iPhone earplugs button? It only let's me pause, skip and change volume.

Ok so when I attempt to call my mom, it doesn't ring it just goes straight to voicemail but doesn't show on my mom's phone that she had a missed called. My messages won't go through either, but her calls and messages come through to me. We both have iPhones and they are both on. I can text everyone else, call everyone else but her.
