Is there a way I can make a slide show with pictures and music on my iPhone 4s?

Yes. Create a new album in the photos app. You'll click edit, then add. This will create a new album and you may title it what you wish. Next, fill the album with whichever pictures you want in the sideshow. One done withy hat part, tap the little play icon which should bring up slides how options. Assuming the music you want in the slides how is on your iPod, you can select the song by hitting music. Then click play slideshow. The only drawback is you can only play one song at a time.
