Is there a way that i can make an iphone 4 crash that is on my account without having the phone?

- Need to get a number from my phone without having my phone. Possible? I left my phone at a friends house but they are not home so I can't just go get it. Is there a way to use find my iphone to get their contact out of it so I can call them from another phone and tell them its t their house?
- Lost my iPhone in my house- is there a way to make it make noise? I lost my iPhone in my house. After two hours of searching I'm about ready to give up. I started searching on the internet to see if there was any way to make my iPhone make noise or ring, even though I have it turned to silent/vibrate. I don't have any of those apps like MobileMe or anything like that. Any suggestions you tech geniuses?

- Is there a way to get cheap Wi-Fi service, without having to commit to spending 30, 40 or $50 a month? I'm trying to find a service that's less than 1 GB of data a month. Something cheap that I can use on my iPhone 8+. I already have a monthly cellular data service (Unlimited). But for some reason, apps do not download well using it. Apps seem to download a lot faster using Wi-Fi. I don't know why that is-they just do.
