How to retrieve information from a blocked iphone?

My iphone suddenly locked for 22 million minutes and there's no way for me to get pass the locked screen. I'm sure if i restart it on itunes it will work again but then ill lose all my information. I have most of my stuff backed up on icloud and my computer but my whole camera roll is only on my iphone. I have over 800 pictures and I would hate to lose them. I called apple support and they said that there's nothing that i can do. Is there a way for me to retrieve the photos somehow? Because my computer does recognize the iphone being that its locked.

I was wondering if there was maybe a software or something that can retrieve files fom my phone. Any suggestion would be great! Thaks!
