Is there a way to use a smartphone without using ANY data?
Is it possible to automatically disable any data use on an iphone? I don't need data while i'm not connected to Wi-Fi, but from articles I have read it sounds like my phone still uses it for things like email. Is there a setting that says "don't do it unless there's Wi-Fi"? SMS and calling doesn't use data and thats all I need when i'm not at home.
I don't know what type of phone you have so can't say for sure. I have an iphone and with it I can turn data off. However your assumption that SMS doesn't use data is wrong. ANY thing you do other than calling is data related. Wile I was on a recent trip I enabled SMS when Wi-Fi wasn't available. Every time I used it the data usage register showed an increase.

- My mom tracks my phone using Find my iPhone. I need to go somewhere without them knowing. Is there any way to freeze or change my location? I'm 19, have my own car, pay for my phone myself, and go to college 4 hours from home. I need to go home and back this weekend without my parents knowing because they are very critical and judgemental of me going home so often. I don't want to leave my phone at my college dorm because I may need it on my 8 hour drive, and I would rather not jailbreak my phone but am open to that if there's no other option.
- Is there way to use an Apple Sport Watch without any other Apple product? I got an Advantek sports watch for christmas but have no Iphone. Can I use something else to charge that watch? Is there an app that converts Apple to MS or so?
- Is there any way that I can control powerpoint on my mac using my iPhone? Nothing fancy, just flicking between slides? I have already tried Apower, and the remote made by Microsoft doesn't work with my version of powerpoint…
- Is there any way I can get a AT&T iPhone without the stupid data plan Honestly, my family is switching to AT&T because we can't afford t mobile anymore. But I want a smartphone, it doesn't even have to be an iPhone, but you can't do that unless you have the data plan! My family can't pay that much more a month. Is there any way? )
