Is there an app for iPhone to rearrange my app icons anywhere I want?

I want to know if there's a free app that allows me to move my apps on my home screen where ever I want?

Um… Just put your finger on the app until it starts shaking than you can move any of them were you want to… You don't need an app to do this it is standard on all iPhones. Just don't press the little x or you will remove the app.

If that is what you meant.

To install an app that's on your hard drive but not your phone, just drag the icon from the list at the left onto the image of the iPhone screen. You can drag it to the first page and then move it elsewhere or drag it immediately to the pages in the column at the right.

To uninstall an app, hover your mouse over the app and click the X that appears on it.
To Re-Order

To re-order apps, simply drag the icon on the image of the iPhone screen to place you want it.

You can also drag apps between pages.

If you've added an app that you don't want, hover over it like you're uninstalling it and click the X.

When you're done arranging your apps and are ready to save your changes, click the "Apply" button at the bottom right of the iTunes window and your phone will sync, making the changes.

There's no need for an app, this feature is built into the iOS. You can also put icons into folders. Here is how to rearrange icons:

By tapping and holding any application icon on the home screen, all the icons will start to jiggle and a little 'x' will appear in the top left on all third-party apps. In this mode, you can drag-and-drop icons wherever you like; if you drag them to the edge of the screen, you'll either shift to the adjacent page or create a new page. You can have up to a maximum of 11 pages.

You can even drag icons in and out of the iPhone's dock (the grey bar at the bottom of your iPhone), if you want to have quick access to an application no matter what home screen you're on.

While the icons are shaking, you can also remove any third-party apps (those that don't come with the iPhone) by tapping the little 'x' that appears in the top left corner. When you've got everything set up just the way you want it, tap the Home button and the icons will stop jiggling and this will lock the icons in place.

Or you could just tap on a app keep holding till it starts jiggling and then you can swipe it to where ever you want and rearrange all your icons to where you want
