Is there an app on the iPhone 5 that let's me sample music?

I'm looking for an app on the iPhone 5 that allows me to sample the music I have stored on my iPhone, and save it as an mp3 or mp4 file for use. Does this exist? If so please let me know!

I've asked this question before and no one seemed to understand the question. When I say sample music, I mean sampling in the realm of music production. Like what music producers do. On PCs, you can sample using several different types of programs (Adobe Audition for example). Does the iPhone have any apps that can sample?

There's an app called Sample Lab that works on iPhone or iPad. It's $6.99 from the Apple App Store.
