Is there an iphone app editor that i can use transparency on my photos?
I have this one picture and i don't want the background on it because i'm blending it with another pic i just don't know of any app that would allow me to use transparency on it.
You are talking about more professional type editing so you are going to need to learn a professional tool like photoshop, otherwise it would just end up looking cheesy.
