What is the best photo editor app on the iPhone 4?
I have taken many pictures of myself and I wanted to make them look better. I have used Instagram but I want somethig new!

You can do the basics, or can even change hair and makeup. It has a lot of effects and filters as well.
Won't help you out this time, but I'd say to use Blux Camera in the future. Instead of having to edit AFTER you take the photo, you can edit WHILE you take it. Like you apply all the filters, settings, and stuff on the screen while you're taking the photo. Plus, it's really cool… Kind of James Bond-y. Oh, and you can directly share them online. It's pretty fun, and really easy. It costs like $3, but it's really worth the money.

I want to find an app that can do a voice over (voice over is where you record a video of you not talking and just doing something and you use voiceover to talk) I really want to find a cool app that does voice over, sqeaky voice, fast/slow motion, etc… Plus i want it free!
