Is there any way I can get help or credit back for this? (details below)?
I got an album on my iPhone via iTunes & I went to go get it on my computer. When you click download on something you have already bought it gives you (or me at least) a notification saying "you have purchased this item on another device, would you like to proceed to download it for free" or something along those lines. When I did that for this particular album it charged me for it & started downloading. Does anyone have any idea if I can get my money back or get some kind of help for this mistake?
Good luck ever getting a refund from apple.
With that said, i think you read the message wrong. If you in fact have two charges of the exact same amount i would dispute it with your credit company and say you were double charged.
apple will ignore you most likely so need to go through cc company
